Then, once you get the internship, we help you manage expectations, as well as show you how to make connections to leverage later, since over 70 percent of positions are filled through referrals and personal introductions.
Taking The Plunge
New graduates have a much bigger set of hurdles. How do I create the right resume? How do I approach potential connections? How do I prepare for an interview? Not to mention that you can be in such a rush to land a job—any job—that new grads sometimes jump into the first position they’re offered. But taking the wrong job can sometimes be worse than not having any job at all.
Our intensive, hands-on approach ensures that doesn’t happen. Our program is tailored to each individual client, so we work intensely with the student or recent graduate to focus them on the big picture and help them navigate the steps needed to maximize their potential and get them started in their career.
